Privacy Policy
Dublin Surface Works(“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, area, service type and a description of the job. We don’t collect payment information through this site.
We also collect general usage data automatically through analytics (see below) — such as pages viewed, device/browser type and approximate location — regardless of whether you submit a form.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and arrange a survey.
- To keep a record of past and prospective jobs.
- To pass the enquiry to MirroCRM, the customer relationship management service we use to manage and follow up on enquiries.
- To understand and improve how visitors use this website.
- We do not sell your details, and we don’t share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies (Google Analytics 4)
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), via Google’s gtag.js tag, to understand how visitors use the website. Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default. Until you accept, Google does not store analytics or advertising cookies and may receive limited, cookieless measurement signals. If you accept, GA4 may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, device/browser type, approximate (city-level) location derived from IP address, and referral source. GA4 does not retain full IP addresses.
This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under Google’s own privacy policy and standard data-retention settings. It is used in aggregate to understand traffic and site performance — we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
You can accept or decline optional cookies in the site banner and change that choice later through Cookie Preferences in the footer. You can also prevent analytics cookies by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings or using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or using a browser/ad-blocker that blocks third-party trackers by default. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use the quote form or browse the site.
